Why exhibit at AAPEX?

AAPEX offers a robust education package that supplements the enormous trade show floor. Demonstrations, technology, seminars, business building is all available for exhibitors and attendees.

This year, the biggest names in the Aftermarket industry will come together to speak about handling supply and demand in a post-pandemic world. After missing last year’s show, everyone in the industry is looking forward to getting back together and get back to business.

AAPEX 2021 organizers have developed new ways to connect with customers and conduct business with decision-makers around the world. According to the show website, exhibitors can “expect more features, more ways to showcase your products and innovations, and more areas for emerging technologies like robotics, including Joe’s Garage, an action-packed center with fully equipped service bays, demos, and hands-on experiences.”

83% of the AAPEX audience play a role in purchasing decisions. They come from:

  • Independent repair garages
  • National service chains
  • Program groups
  • Warehouse distributors,
  • And so many more aspects of the Aftermarket Automotive industry.

All attendees are looking for new solutions, intriguing brands, and new products and innovations. Click here to find out more about who will be at the AAPEX this year.

Which booth is best?

There are currently over 600 exhibitors registered for the 2021 show. In the past, the show has seen upwards of 2,500 exhibitors – and this year will likely see that again. This means the competition for getting attention to your product is steep. You need to be sure that your booth is competitive.

For a one-product miniature sales floor, we would recommend a 10 x 20 exhibit with two product walls, a demo space with AV integration with monitors looping content, and one set of office furniture with a branded welcome desk.

At a show of this caliber, you need to be sure that your product, service, or brand visual communications message is heard loud and clear.

Need help with your exhibit booth?

If you have already registered for the AAPEX 2021 show, we can deliver more than your average exhibit house. Exhibit Experience is a local Las Vegas exhibit builder, and we will be out in full force for the AAPEX show delivering the best booths for the best prices, period.

We offer turnkey exhibits for AAPEX, and this year is all about customizations, utility, and safety. Our turn-around is quick, too! Under 30 days for any set, pre-designed displays and under 60 days for custom displays.

How do we accomplish this?

We use a simple approach to the basic booth construction with modular lightweight frames and then customize every element of the exhibit. In car terms, it would be like getting a Honda Civic and “pimping the ride.” Double deck exhibits, custom overhead structures, branded custom welcome desks and demo space, VR receptacles, electric specifications, and advanced AV setups are all part of what we can offer to custom exhibitors.

As a local Las Vegas exhibit builder, we have specialty vendors that can cater to any customization you choose if we do not already offer it or build it in-house. All exhibits are designed and fabricated in Las Vegas at our headquarters, and we deliver direct to show.
